Chris Nezmah
Building Management Consultant

Chris is a Brisbane native with 27 years of experience in facilities management, eight of which have been with Star BMS as a Building Management Consultant. He has held executive and consulting positions within property management groups as well as direct operational roles in a variety of strata buildings in Australia and overseas. Chris’ experience extends to producing specialised building reports for bodies corporate and he possesses a broad range of operational skills.


Mark Stewart
Facility Manager

Mark Stewart brings decades of experience as a Building and Facilities Manager and has been Maintenance Manager on a number of large strata titled buildings. Mark has an extensive knowledge of Body Corporate communities and has owned and run building Management Rights for more than a decade. He brings to Star BMS, expert knowledge on reporting, budgets and compliance matters.


Gerard Clarris
Facility Manager

Gerard Clarris is the newest member of the Star BMS team. He is an experienced compliance consultant with experience in facilities management and utilities. In addition, Gerard is a qualified fire safety adviser.
