Chris Nezmah
Building Management Consultant

Chris is a Brisbane native with 27 years of experience in facilities management, eight of which have been with Star BMS as a Building Management Consultant. He has held executive and consulting positions within property management groups as well as direct operational roles in a variety of strata buildings in Australia and overseas. Chris’ experience extends to producing specialised building reports for bodies corporate and he possesses a broad range of operational skills.


Mark Stewart
Facility Manager

Mark Stewart brings decades of experience as a Building and Facilities Manager and has been Maintenance Manager on a number of large strata titled buildings. Mark has an extensive knowledge of Body Corporate communities and has owned and run building Management Rights for more than a decade. He brings to Star BMS, expert knowledge on reporting, budgets and compliance matters.


Maria Nawrocki
Facility Manager/Building Management Consultant

Maria is the newest member of the Star BMS team. Maria has come from a large international facility company, with many years of experience as a Facilities Manager while looking after multiple sites. She was extensively involved with the consolidation of five sites into one location for a leading technology company. Maria has a wide range of knowledge as a compliance consultant and is a qualified Fire Safety Adviser.
